AUTHOR

Glenda J. Carter, a military spouse of 35 years, and her husband Robert, a Military Officer of 35 years, currently reside in McDonough, GA. They have two adult children, who as young children, cherished their reading time during many assignments within the United States and Europe.  She attended writing courses at Emory University and Kennesaw State University.  She published an article titled “I am a Soldier’s Wife” for Home Life Magazine. She is a Paraprofessional who worked in the Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) system In Fort Riley Kansas. She also worked as an Education Coordinator for children learning centers. My passion is to continue to write books for Military families, First Responders families, and parents who spend precious time away from their children. Glenda is a current member of The Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).
